What is Evo Car Share?
Evo is a car-sharing service operated by BCAA (British Columbia Automobile Association), designed for convenience, flexibility, and sustainability. With a fleet of hybrid Toyota Prius cars equipped with roof racks for bikes or skis, Evo can adapt to your needs.
At YVR, Evo offers an easy way to get to or from the airport. You can book an Evo by the minute, hour, or day, and drop off or pick up at two designated Evo Zones on Sea Island.
Where to find Evo at YVR
You can start or end your trip at either of the following Evo Zones:
Templeton Station- Evo cars are parked outside the North exit of Templeton Station in marked Evo stalls.
- Show your Evo app at the checkout counter to be directed to your Evo car.
Getting to and from an Evo Zone at YVR
Templeton Station- Take the Canada Line train from YVR–Airport Station (located between the Domestic and International Terminals) and travel two stops to Templeton Station.
- Rides between Sea Island stations are complimentary.
- Tap in and out with your Compass Card or payment card at the fare gate or choose a "Sea Island Only" ticket at a ticketing station to get a free ride.
- To get back to YVR from Templeton Station, take the Canada Line train two stops west to YVR-Airport station.
- Hop on the Park’N Fly shuttle from Departures Level 3 (outside Door 5 or 16).
- To get back to YVR from Park’N Fly, take the shuttle from outside the Park’N Fly building.
The Canada Line does NOT operate between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. During these hours, use the A3 Value Long Term Parking Shuttle to travel between YVR and Templeton Station. You can find pickup locations outside Door 5 and 16 on Departures Level 3 of the Main Terminal or at Templeton Station.
Going to the South Terminal?
- There is a shuttle from the YVR Main Terminal to our South Terminal.
- You will find pick-up locations for the A1 South Terminal Shuttle outside Door 5 or 16 on Departures Level 3.
- From Grant McConachie Way, turn right onto Templeton Street.
- From Templeton Street, turn right onto Templeton Station Road.
- Follow the signs and take the first right into the Evo Zone lot.
- Park in a marked Evo stall and end your trip in the app.
- Enter through the main Park’N Fly entrance on Miller Road.
- Leave your Evo with the valet attendant and end your trip in the app.
- Note the license plate.
- Head inside the Park’N Fly building to register your Evo.
