Dropping Off at the Airport

Public Drop Off Areas

On Grant McConachie Way, follow the signs for Departures. Drop-off lanes are available along the Departures Level 3 curb – check your itinerary for the correct check-in location.

Please remember, there are lots of people needing to be dropped off. Departures drop-off areas are for immediate unloading only. Please also be mindful of reserved locations for Courtesy Shuttles and Authorized Vehicles as well as Accessible parking stalls. Vehicles left unattended will be ticketed for tow.

Picking Up at the Airport

US and International Arrivals

Are you picking someone up who is arriving directly from an international destination or from the United States?

On Grant McConachie Way, look for the Arrivals – International and USA sign. Public Passenger Pickup area will be on your left.

If you are being picked up, exit the terminal from Door 17 on International Arrivals Level and proceed across two crosswalks and look for the Public Passenger Pickup area. Accessible access is available by Ride-App Pickup.

Domestic Arrivals

Are you picking someone up who is arriving directly from a domestic destination?

On Grant McConachie Way, look for the Arrivals – Canada sign. Proceed past the first crosswalk - Public Passenger Pickup area will be on your right.

If you are being picked up, exit the terminal from Door 24 on Domestic Arrival Level. Accessible access is available outside of Door 24.

Be mindful - the pickup areas are for immediate loading only. If your party has yet to arrive, take advantage of our free Cell Phone Waiting Area on Aviation Avenue and wait for your party to inform you of their arrival.
