Annual Public Meeting
Each year, we hold an Annual Public Meeting to present our Annual & Sustainability Reports and financial statements and discuss the management, operation, and maintenance of YVR.
Our Annual Public Meeting will take place on Thursday, May 7, 2026.
The meeting will run from 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Please join us for the meeting in person or virtually as we share an overview of 2025 and talk about the important role that YVR plays in keeping B.C. connected to the world as well as in supporting our community and the economy that supports it.
The presentation will be followed by a question period for the public.
The in-person meeting will be conducted in English with live French translation and simultaneous sign-language interpretation in ASL. The virtual meeting will be available in English and French, via simultaneous translation. Sign-language interpretation in ASL will also be accessible to those attending virtually.
The event will be recorded and made available on this website following the meeting.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions at the meeting. Questions may also be submitted in advance to community_relations@yvr.ca or via X using #YVRAPM.
To be answered during the meeting, questions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5.
